25-Nov-2023 College Game Day!

Saturday in the south means it's college game day – especially the Saturday after Thanksgiving which features all the big rivalries. We made sure to be at a local bar at noon to catch the Michigan versus Ohio game (happy that Michigan won!). Then in the afternoon went home to watch the Colorado game and in the evening went to a local bar to watch the Georgia vs Georgia Tech game. Brianna's family members are all big Georgia Bulldogs fans.

We watched the Georgia vs. Georgia Tech and Florida vs. Florida State games simultaneously on lots of big screens (with a few other less important games sprinkled in). Thankfully the Bulldogs won so we ended the evening on a happy note.

Sadly I'm leaving Atlanta at 4:45am tomorrow - bringing Eric & Brianna to the airport so they can catch an early flight back to Boston and then I head on to Savannah. Put Atlanta on a place that I'd like to return to some day!
