Time to explore Atlanta!

Today was not a great weather day so we decided to start with a driving tour of Atlanta. We headed out south towards Downtown and then looped back north through the west side of Midtown and up into Buckhead where we had to check out Brianna's alma mater, Westminster. What an incredibly beautiful school! Then in the afternoon we took a walk and went into beautiful Piedmont Park. You can see the Atlanta skyline from there and there are some super cool colorful ducks in the pond. On the way home we walked along the Beltline and saw some of the cool art - the Beltline is a super long walkway that circles most of Atlanta, parts of which were an old railroad track and other parts are just land made into a large sidewalk. It's such a walkable city!

In the evening we went to a great local restaurant and then a fun blues bar. So great to be able to walk to bars and restaurants right from Brianna's families house!
