What a fun day in Nashville! Had my first "on the road visitor"! Randy is here until Sunday afternoon - and it was way more fun to check out the Nashville honky-tonk scene with him versus solo!

Started the day at a fun breakfast place where I ordered the "hot mess". It was funny when the waiter came and said "hot mess?"and I said "I'm the hot mess!"

After that we went to 2 distilleries where we tried a variety of different whiskeys. The salted caramel at the second place was a favorite so we bought a bottle.

Then we walked into downtown Nashville to lower Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are. Had a blast going to several different places listening to a variety of musical talent. Even though it was overcast it was warm so it was nice to be able to sit outside.

At the end of the day we went to a nice restaurant that featured some interesting cocktails – I had the "hard to please" so I can honestly say that I started my day as a hot mess and I ended being hard to please. 😂
